The 5* Crowne Plaza Hotel will be at the centre of this Polaris World Golf Resort.

There is a social club with golf shop, bars and restaurants.

There is a large supermarket, Pharmacy and Doctors. A full town centre is being developed at the centre of the Resort with a range of bars, restaurants and shops also bank and travel agency. It is a 24 hour security gated Resort.

The whole Resort is set around a 18 hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus as part of the Nicklaus Murcia Golf Trail.

Apartment Romar is a 2 Bed, ground floor corner apartment. It is set in landscaped gardens south and west facing and overlooks the very large community swimming pool with surrounding terraces. The pool is fenced off from the gardens but has no life guards.

There is a BBQ for that al fresco living and the garden has shade and direct sun available all day. There are sun loungers and parasols along with beach equipment should you fancy a change and go down the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.

The lounge is furnished with a settee and chairs and has a TV; DVD; CD and Radio. There are DVDs and Videos, Music CDs, Books, Jigsaws, games and toys. The TV has some 40 Channels including the children's channels and Sky Sports and Movies.

There is a telephone which has a broadband connection as well has wi-fi hotspots on site.

The main bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms is a twin and shares the bathroom. There is a travel cot available.

It is a spacious apartment for 4 people to live comfortably and also a great place with space for 2 people to enjoy.

Needless to say the kitchen is superbly equipped with all that you would need to eat in or serve up the “takeaway” that has been delivered for you to eat on the extensive terrace.

Apartment Romar is available all year round as the Murcia Region of Spain has such a mild climate.

However there is full central heating for the winter months and full air conditioning for those hot summer days.
